According to a study by the career experts at Zippia, nearly 50% of Americans suffer from layoff anxiety, and nearly 30% have lost their job in the last two years alone. 

Is it any wonder that we worry about losing our jobs?! 

I know how being laid off feels. It’s happened to me, but I bounced back, got myself on a better path and now I’m happier and more successful than ever. Being laid off became a positive for me, and it can for you too.

  • Ask for letters of recommendation.
