There are many reasons why we procrastinate – it could be overwhelm, it could be lack of preparedness, maybe it’s not something that fits in your zone of genius, or perhaps you just don’t know where to start! 

I’m going to tell you a secret... all of the above is totally fine! It’s ok to feel overwhelmed, underprepared, or just unmotivated, but by procrastinating you’re just letting these tasks build up, which can cause you a lot of unnecessary stress, and this could impact your job performance. 

So in this episode I am going to share some top tips on how to beat procrastination, including: 

  • Start saying no! 

  • Write it down. 

  • Know your deadlines. 

Believe me. I know that procrastination rears its head for all of us, and I've dealt with it myself. You're not alone and can overcome this as long as you put the steps in place to get past it. You got this!
