Jessica lived in Hawaii for a while and learned the art of Shibori, which is a Japanese style of fabric dying. When Elaine and Jessica made a gift for a baby shower, Elaine was hooked! The irony is that Jessica had chosen the name “Pebble and Palm” before she ever had an idea for a business. But this name seemed to fit perfectly.
