Addison Brasil discusses his incredible journey through losing his father to suicide, his brother to cancer, and a traumatic car accident that left him having to learn to walk again.
He beautifully describes how he was freed from a sense of victimhood through acceptance and surrender. From there he was able to share that experience with others and is now the co-founder of a men's mental health app called tethr.
His team is doing fantastic work to support men and bring about a transformation in how men relate to suffering and how they cultivate wellbeing and resilience.
