You and I both know there's a dark side to social media.

Some people have nothing better to do than post antagonistic comments for no reason other than to get a rise out of someone.

Haters, people who don't know you and who have never done business with you, hope you'll take the bait. Do you respond, or do you let them stew in their own juices?

Negative reviews are a different story. They come from customers and clients who have had a bad experience doing business with you. These are comments you need to address ASAP.
