Driver Spotlight - Ismael RubioIsmael Rubio discuss his role at Stevens Transport as a shop driver, what got him into trucking, and the joys of occasionally having his wife and son ride with him over his 12 years as an over the road truck driver.
Ismael, a member of the Stevens Transport family since 2010, came to the trucking industry looking for a career that would allow him to travel the country. Having now traveled to all 48 states, Ismael was able to make a great living and do the traveling he desired, all while getting to experience it with his family too!
Now working as a shop driver, Ismael wears several hats, such as road-testing equipment and picking up the new trucks to add to the premier Stevens Transport fleet. “It is an exciting role for me, my little niche of the industry, that allows me to be home more often with my children,” said Ismael.
Stevens Transport is proud to have Ismael, and his family, as members of the Stevens Transport family. We are extremely thankful for Ismael’s dedication to his career with Stevens for over a decade.
