"Worry" is your enemy.  It's a consistent negative thought sent your way to bring you down, frustrate you, and torment your mind.  Worry tries to defeat you before you even get a chance to fight. In many cases, constant worry will suffocate you by what hasn't even happened yet. Do not allow for worry to sneak into your mind.  

Luke 12:29-30, " And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it."

Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy.
