I've worked in the health and wellness industry for the past eight years as a mentor and coach, altering my own health while assisting 300+ others in doing the same. Eight years is a very short time, and our lives can change a lot. It was actually May 11, 2015. I had to carry with me all this internal trauma for many, many, many years before I said enough was enough, I am going to find a better way to take care of my own health to take care of my wellness to really live and thrive and be present around my kids.
