In today’s episode, I will be sharing to you my deeply personal journey of transformation. It all began in 2015 when I faced a health crisis, realizing I was sacrificing my well-being for my career. I rejected quick fixes, choosing instead to prioritize my health. Through holistic approaches, I embarked on a weight loss journey, even competing in bodybuilding. But this extreme path took a toll on my body. In 2017, I made a hasty decision to get breast implants to address insecurities. This decision, driven by self-doubt and societal pressures, resulted in complications and emotional trauma.
