
Our year is winding down and before we jump into the new one,
it’s time to celebrate our wins from this year.
And many may ask – what is the difference between a
resolution and a goal. A resolution
is the overarching theme or the implied direction you wish to take with your
life while goals are the activities that fall within the theme or the
specific steps to take you to that place.
I am sure this isn’t the first time you’ve heard about “SMART” Goals. While there are plenty of variants (some of
which we’ve included in parenthesis), SMART usually stands for:
