This concerns the Manitou Springs – Broadmoor deal to provide revenue relief to the city while the Pikes Peak Cog Railway is closed, and to provide tax relief for the next 50 years to the Broadmoor to aid in rehabilitating the railway. This is a recording of a citizens meeting organized to consider petitioning onto the November Manitou Springs ballot an item to rescind the agreement and start over. The citizens of Manitou Springs have a very short window in which to accomplish this. Richard Skorman moderated the meeting.
