Jesus was fully God and fully human. We often feel ashamed or alone as we endure the temptations and pain of this life. We feel as though there’s no way anyone, especially God, could understand what we’re going through. That assessment couldn’t be more wrong. As Pastor Terry explains in today’s message, Jesus endured it all. He lived in our shoes, experiencing life with all of its woes. He didn’t have to, but out of an incomprehensible love and compassion, He chose to subject Himself to all of this and bring the hope of eternity to mankind.
