Paul teaches that we differ in the gifts of the Spirit, but none is more important than another. Everyone is not a pastor or a teacher. The child care worker, the greeter, the one who cleans up after service is over, shovels snow, or mows the lawn, is equally important. All are vital. For the body to function, it needs all its members submitted to the head, who is Jesus.
