As Pastor Terry continues his teaching series on salvation, he'll be exhorting us to have a continual attitude of thankfulness for what the Lord has done for us. We were totally undeserving of Jesus coming to this Earth and dying an excruciating death on the cross, so that we could be saved from the penalty of our sins. When we have an attitude of thankfulness for our salvation, living for the Lord in this wicked world becomes significantly easier. When our focus is on the eternal, instead of the temporal, we naturally become more joyful and full of peace.
