As a Christ-follower, you are called to imitate Jesus' actions. However, as Pastor Terry shares in today's message, this doesn't mean actually washing the feet of your visitors. You can view Jesus' act of washing feet as an example of how you are called to serve. You should help with humility and selflessness while showing love with practical acts of service. Even menial acts of kindness, similar to the washing of feet,such as mowing a lawn, providing dinner, or babysitting, are good examples.
