Why does God compare you to a sheep? He could compare you to anything else on earth, but why sheep? Well, they need a shepherd. Why? Because they are helpless creatures. They can’t defend themselves, they can’t provide their own food, and they can’t lie down unless they feel protected. God is our shepherd.
