Rahab is a wonderful story about a life redeemed by Christ. She was a prostitute, not married, living alone, probably poor, and in a pagan nation without the Lord. But then God got a hold of her life and used her mightily. As Pastor Terry, discusses today, she was saved by God and repented of her old life. She hid the Israelite spies and trusted God to take care of her entire family. As promised, they were spared and welcomed into the nation of Israel. From there, she fell in love, married, and had children. And wouldn’t you know it… she is a direct ancestor of Jesus Christ. A life redeemed!
