When Jesus taught messages that challenged the listeners’ life and religion, many deserted him. He wasn’t teaching what they wanted to hear. Nor was he fulfilling their worldly expectations. Yet, as Pastor Terry will teach today, his disciples stayed with him because they knew he alone had the words of salvation and eternal life. And even if you don’t understand him, continue to cling to him. He is the source of peace and abundant life. There is nowhere else to go.
