It’s challenging to understand God’s plan for our lives when we are right in the midst of pain and suffering. When we are in the trenches and it doesn’t seem like there is any way out, that is exactly when our faith in Jesus becomes more solidified. Just as the Hebrews were in bondage and they longed for the promised land, we too long for that place of peace in the Lord.
