This journey of following Jesus isn’t easy. If someone told you it was, they likely followed a different version of Jesus than the Scripture portrays. It does say His yoke is easy, and His burden is light – but it’s important to note that it is a yoke and a commitment – that implies work. This work doesn’t earn your place in His Kingdom. It comes as a result of being a part of it. Today Pastor Terry will challenge you to push on as you follow Jesus. It’s hard, but your suffering helps further His Kingdom.
