In the book of Acts, we find examples of how to be Christians and how to be a church. These examples tell us that Christ expects us to serve as witnesses for him, both in telling people our experiences with Christ and in living out lives that portray Christs love. We are to live out lives that put him and his message before all other things. Today, Pastor Terry introduces us to Luke, the author of Acts. He tells us of Lukes background in research and history. We find that Luke rigorously researched in order to serve Christ. A testament that we too must prioritize Christ above profession.
