Jacob left his brother under bad terms. In fact, Jacob left Canaan, because he believed that his brother would kill him. Today, Pastor Terry tells us the odd story of when Jacob wrestled God. Having been gone for 20 years, Jacob now must return home, and he believes his brother will kill him. The night before he must face his brother again, he wonders out alone in the dark, to think over his life. While out there alone, a physical wrestling match with God occurs. What starts as a battle to defeat God ends with Jacob asking for the blessings and presence of God.
