Generally, we like to focus on the positive and kind qualities of God; the ones we can wrap our brains around and keep Him in our little boxes. We like when the Bible talks about God being compassionate, patient, and forgiving. But, as Pastor Terry discusses today, God is also a righteous judge and can send discipline onto anyone that disobeys Him. This is what Joel, the prophet, was sent to tell Judah. If they did not repent, God would send a plague of locusts. God’s patience with Judah had run out.
