As you walk through this life, you’ll find distractions surround you 24/7. Family, friends and the culture as a whole will try to push you to relax and unwind at least little bit. If you are living with obsessive focus on Christ, they will question your sanity and you’ll face ridicule. But, as Pastor Terry reminds us in today’s message, that’s your calling. Christ should be your top priority. Just as Peter sank below the waves as soon as he took his eyes of Jesus, you will find yourself drowning in the world when your focus is on anything other than your Savior.
