If a missionary went out today with little more than the clothes on their back, many in the church might accuse them of poor planning. Yet, when Jesus sent His disciples out in groups of two to minister in His name, He specifically told them to pack light. As Pastor Terry explains in today’s message, the directions Jesus gave His disciples offer us a number of insights into how God wants us to carry out His mission in this world. One of the characteristics of an effective ministry is complete dependence on the provision and power of God.
