When Jesus was on earth, He lived a life of prayer. In fact, He prayed so much that the disciples specifically asked Him how to pray. In today’s message, Pastor Terry reminds us how Jesus prayed and how much Jesus prayed. Christ’s prayer life was alive. He prayed to stay close to His Father and to do the will of the Father. Jesus prayed fervently for the disciples and for the church. Even now we know that Jesus stands in heaven constantly interceding for the children of God. Because of Jesus’s powerful prayers, we can take comfort that we have an Advocate in heaven working on our behalf.
