When we find ourselves in a situation that is confrontational, it is often best to just walk away and avoid an immediate response. We need to have a cooling off period so we don't say or do something we will be sorry for later. In today's study from the book of Proverbs, Pastor Terry gives us several insights into how to deal with our own anger and the angry attacks of others. Even if we we cannot walk away and must respond, we should still do it in a measured, controlled and gentle way. There is much wisdom in simple self control and much destruction in angry self indulgence.
