C.S. Lewis had a gift for bringing a new, fresh perspective on ancient truth that has helped many people struggling with doubts to find security in their faith. His perspective arose out of his own struggles. Just like so many of us, he questioned how a loving God could allow so much pain and suffering in the world. As Pastor Peter will point out in today’s message, instead of disproving God, C.S. Lewis used the presence of pain as evidence of God’s existence and our need for His redemption.
