In our text today, we'll be hearing how there is a very high standard for those that would be serving tables at the food distribution center the early church established for the widows. Today, Pastor Terry will be exhorting us to cultivate these godly characteristics as Christians given the Great Commission to preach the Gospel and to make disciples. The men serving would need to be full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom, with a good reputation among others. These characteristics were required to serve food, this goes to show that God requires this of all His children that serve at any capacity.
