Do you have anyone you can be vulnerable with like that? We all need those kinds of relationships, but there’s a risk to them. You have to step out and take the chance that you’ll be ridiculed, or you’ll scare people off when you open up your heart. As Pastor Terry will point out in today’s message, that risk is worth it. And most of the time, as imperfect as people are, they’ll be gracious and understanding. That’s the beautiful thing about the Church: we’re united by our knowledge that we all need a Savior.
