As Americans, it is extremely easy for us to find our security in the accumulation of wealth. Most people of the world, however do not have the luxury of living in an industrialized nation which offers the abundance of opportunity we enjoy here in the states. Along with that abundance can also come the temptation to neglect our relationship to God and those we love. Today, Pastor Terry warns us that no matter how much money we have, it can disappear overnight. Our security must not be in the shifting sands of world economics, but in the solid rock of Jesus Christ.
