We all have a sense of justice: how people act and how they ought to act. We have a moral scale in our heads; lying is less wrong than stealing, stealing isn’t as bad as kidnapping and kidnapping is only worse when it ends in murder. But Pastor Terry reminds us today that ALL sin separates us from our maker. It doesn’t matter if you’re guilty of adultery or if you only thought about it…ALL of it is corrupt. Any amount of sin is too much and only death can pay the price…and Jesus paid it for you.
