Today’s passage contains an intriguing story. While He was traveling in the primarily Gentile area of Tyre, a Greek woman boldly approached Jesus about freeing her demon-possessed daughter. His response comes off as rude if we’re honest. He essentially calls her a dog - an insult Jews frequently leveled at the Gentiles. Yet, by the end of their interaction, He heals her daughter in response to her persistent faith. Today, Pastor Terry will help us decipher this complex story and embolden our own faith.
