Can you imagine if your child had such an incredibly special role to play in the fate of your nation or even all of humanity? If you had a Superman or a Superwoman for a child, you’d be anxious for them to proudly demonstrate what they could do to the world. As Pastor Terry will point out in today’s message, we see a bit of that in Mary in John chapter two. She knew that Jesus was no ordinary person, and she knew He could work miracles. But God’s plan often doesn’t align with our personal agendas.
