There are a lot of passages of Scripture that are uncomfortable. Many preachers would just prefer to skip over them… and some do. But, as Pastor Terry will explain in today’s message, while topical preaching certainly isn’t wrong and has its time and place, the Calvary Chapel movement predominantly approaches preaching on a chapter-by-chapter, verse-by-verse basis. This helps ensure we don’t miss anything this book has to teach us about our Father and His plan for us.
