What is your definition of success? Of power, and authority? Pastor Terry wants you to understand, that, in the church, it isn't the same as it is in the world. It's not about a charismatic leader, gifted orator, talented singer or musician. In the church it's about men and women who are called by God. And their power is found in the grace given by the Spirit, to build up the body, and to lift up the name of Jesus. God uses you in your weaknesses, so that all the glory will be His alone.
