As Pastor Terry continues to teach through the Psalms, he’ll be giving us practical application to seeking the Lord on a regular basis. Just as David sought the Lord early in the morning before the sun came up… and just as Jesus often was found on His knees early in the morning in prayer… so too, we as Christians should pray first thing in the morning in order to start the day right. If Jesus, God in the flesh, sought the Father in prayer before the day began… how much more so do we need to seek the Lord in prayer!? If Jesus had to pray for direction… we REALLY need to pray.
