The Tabernacle was God’s dwelling place among His people, it signified the presence of God in Israel. It was so sacred that only the highest priest was allowed inside. In time, God chose to be with His people in a new way, He sent his son Jesus to dwell among His people. How amazing is it that we have access to God through Jesus. Pastor Terry teaches us in today’s message about the symbolic meaning behind the Tabernacle and how it foreshadowed the New Testament. In Jesus, we have confidence that God is always with us, dwelling in our hearts just as He dwelled among the Israelites.
