False teachings are often incredibly subtle and hard to detect. Most of us would quickly recognize any doctrines or philosophies that directly oppose the well-known teachings of Christ, but if the enemy can slowly tweak established truths, it can quickly spread throughout the Church with little resistance. As Pastor Terry will warn in today’s message, this happened in the early Church and it’s happening now - we need to be actively weighing all new teaching against Scripture to make sure it aligns.
