Isn’t interesting that the poem started by calling God the “Lord of the Compost Keep?” That’s a really weird way of referring to the Lord. In today’s edition of Summons, Pastor Terry talks about how God takes our garbage and turns it into something beautiful. Our sin stains us. We are imperfect beings because of our sins. Lord of the Compost Keep talks about how God took our sin and completely refined it. God washes us completely of our Sins, so in reality, “Lord of the Compost Keep” is a metaphor for what the Lord did.
