Salvation is not earned by being “good enough!” It’s not offered to perfect people, and there is nothing we can do to make it to Heaven on our own. In today’s message Pastor Terry reminds us that God has completed the work of Salvation. The story of Hagar and Ishmael’s exile from Abraham’s land remind us that we need to be forgiven and we will suffer the consequences of our sins. The good news is that God has already finished the work! He conquered sin and we are no bound by sin. Instead, He offers us Heaven and eternity with Jesus Christ.
