As we examine the account of the Transfiguration in today’s passage, we get a glimpse of what the coming Kingdom of God will be like. We all have heroes of the faith that we would love to meet, as well as loved ones who have already gone to be with Christ. As Pastor Terry encourages us in today’s message, as believers, death is just the beginning of an eternity of worshipping Jesus, shoulder to shoulder with every believer that has ever lived. It’s going to be absolutely incredible! The hardships of this life become a little more bearable in light of that coming glory.
