What’s the first thought that crosses your mind when you see a homeless person? … How do you think that would compare to how Jesus would look at them? Certainly, that person probably has made some poor decisions in life, but it’s likely there were many elements outside of their control. As Pastor Terry will warn in today’s message, while we may not say them out loud, in general, we make a lot of assumptions based on people’s outer appearance that isn’t fair and they certainly don’t honor God.
