Only JESUS can make us acceptable before God. No other human death will be considered worthy of redemption from sin in Heaven. JESUS made a way for us to not only be reconciled to God, but to give us a life much better than we could ever accomplish on our own. Think about it. Even the most well intended person could ever live free from the chains of sin. As Pastor Terry describes the uniqueness of Christ, we can reflect with grateful hearts on what He accomplished for us upon that cross. Our freedom came at a great cost, not to us, but to the precious Son of God.
