Don’t miss a very important point that Pastor Terry makes in his message today. While it’s true that we should submit to the government’s rules and regulations, there are also times when we stand firm on the authority of Jesus as Christians. You see, He overrides anything in place that is contradictory to what He says. In thinking about this then, the government isn’t the end-all, be-all. It’s JESUS and HIS WORD! You and I must be familiar with Scripture to discern when it’s okay to disobey the laws of this world.
