Mankind's history shows us that those who are in a position of power, authority, and wealth are more than likely to mistreat the lower class. However, in The Kingdom of God, we as Christians know that we're to help those who can't help themselves, just as Christ helped us. In today's message, Pastor Terry reflects on the mercy and compassion of Joseph despite the tremendous power he has over his brothers who did wrong. In our study, we gain a powerful example of God's desire for mercy over sacrifice and selfless giving.
