The founding pastor of the Calvary Chapel movement, Chuck Smith is quoted as saying, “Just because you walk into a garage and say 'beep beep'...well, that doesn't mean you're a car.” (LOL) This quippy saying really does bring some clarity to the identity of a Christian. A Christian should bear the fruit of a Christian. Basically, you need to be who you say you are. And Pastor Terry will make it so easy today by reminding us that we don't have to strive for this...we only need to abide in Jesus. He will take care of the rest.
