If you want to perform well in any area of life, you have to get the basic fundamentals down first. In basketball, for example, if you can’t dribble the ball, it doesn’t matter how good your shooting game is. As Pastor Terry will point out in today’s message, this is as true of the Church as it is of anything. If we don’t have a solid grasp of the fundamental truths of who Jesus is and how we have a relationship with Him, all of our grand ideas for growing a successful ministry will simply fall flat.
