When we lose a loved one, it can be a very emotional process. Pastor Terry shares the story of how Abraham coped with the death of his wife, Sarah. The Bible tells us that after a time of mourning, Abraham stood up. He accepted the loss and moved on. We are encouraged stand up, and continue with the Lord’s work. We cannot let the loss of a loved one paralyze us. We need to be living and looking forward to our future home in heaven. This life is short and Pastor Terry tells us to adopt a pilgrim mentality when it comes to how we live. This is NOT our home.
