Have you ever thought about the severity of death? Death is what completely separated us from God because death is the punishment for sin. But, God did something about it. In today’s edition of Summons, Pastor Terry talks about how God completely defeated death. When Jesus died on the cross for us, He completely defeated death. Death no longer has a hold on us, because of what Jesus did. We now have the opportunity to spend eternity with the one who created us, as long as we place our trust in Him.
